We schedule exams during the following hours by appointment only:

We realize that airline pilot's schedules sometimes are not very flexible.  If an airline pilot cannot come on a scheduled Wednesday we may be able to accommodate another time. Please send an email via website for quicker response.  The FAA has granted a second location at Laporte Health Center, 217 King Street, Laporte, PA. Exams can be performed on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Contact office by phone at  570-704-4651.
